We’re gathering for monthly international events at our meeting place in Kamppi. The goal is to bring people together through cooking, sharing meals, learning new recipes, and building a strong and inclusive community and enjoy a collaborative dining experience.

The meetings are for all people living with HIV and their close ones. The meetings are international, and our main language will be English –  if needed, we’ll help each other understand the conversation and interpret from one language to another. 

This event will focus on community and cultural food exchange. Each month may feature a theme, guest cook, or special focus to keep the event engaging and dynamic. We’re encouraging volunteering and teamwork, and with the participants we’re sharing ideas and developing a sustainable, recurring event model.

14:00 – 17:00 Setup and cooking session
17:00 – 20:00 Shared meal and social time

If you want to participate in cooking or just hang around during the day, you can arrive starting at 2 pm. You can also arrive later for the meal and spend the end of the day at the meeting place – meal is served at 5 pm.

Contact our peer support coordinator Valo! You can share your ideas and create a shopping list with them, and they will help to gather people together and organizing the event.
